South Korea MIC changed its name to Korea Communications Commission KCC

August 7, 2007 the KCC-2008-108 document, formally announced the Korea Communications Commission (KCC, Korea Communication Commission) to replace the previous South Korean Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC, Ministry of Information and Communication), a new certification mark in 2008 entered into force on November 1.
KCC certified by the Korea Communications Commission regulatory control of South Korea, formerly the MIC / RRL, its scope covers all of the information technology, radio and communications equipment. By the former's MIC / RRL accredited laboratories for compliance testing South Korea, by the MIC / RRL issuing type approval certificates.
