CSA for the daily test description
One. For the daily tests based on:

1. Certification Report "FACTORY TESTS" under test project.

2. Test example above is for reference only, specific test items to the appropriate CSA certification report shall prevail;
3. SAMPLE TEST means that the CSA certification test reporting requirements in accordance with the corresponding ratio for the test, or that when CSA factory inspection test.

III. Factory test equipment management and calibration:

1. CSA certified plant shall process the application, fill CSA Findings Letter - APPENDIX B "CSA factory test confirmation", and to report the factory test instruments sound like CSA.
2. Factory shall establish the annual "Calibration Plan", provides instrument calibration at least once a year, and the check is based on the standards must be traceable to national standards;
3. Factory test equipment shall be verified on the work, and check labels affixed on the instrument, check expiration time specified.

IV. Test equipment used:

1. Plant should be based on the requirements of CSA to develop appropriate test operating instructions, requiring the testing methods of operation, the sampling ratio and precautions;
2. Factory test equipment should be checked daily function (point inspection) to ensure the normal operation of test equipment, and make point inspection of the records;
3. Plant operating instructions should be in accordance with the test products for testing of CSA, and make the test record.
