→ Provide state and local air quality standards and transport plans as well as identification of transport items and spontaneous items.
→ Test vehicles, engines and fuel.
→ Determine the compliance of federal emissions and fuel economy standards.
The laboratory was founded in 1971 and is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There are 400 employees.
NVFEL Labs provides tests for motor vehicles, heavy-duty engines, off-road engines, etc.
